To deliver personalized fitness recommendations adapted to your menstrual cycle, CycleFit collects and stores the following information directly on your device:

Menstrual cycle dates and phase information

Fitness preferences and workout history
App settings and preferences

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it for support purposes.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data collected by CycleFit is stored exclusively and locally on your device. We do not operate external servers, and your health and fitness data is never transmitted to any remote server.

Your data remains private on your iPhone or iPad, protected by iOS's built-in encryption and device security features.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times. Since all information is stored locally on your device, you can:

Delete all CycleFit data by uninstalling the application
Reset your data within the app via the Settings menu
Review your data directly within the app at any time

Once the app is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from your device and cannot be recovered by us.

Health and Sensitive Data

CycleFit processes health-related information, including menstrual cycle data. We treat this information with the highest level of care. This data is never used for advertising purposes and never leaves your device.

If CycleFit integrates with Apple HealthKit in the future, any such integration will be disclosed in an updated version of this policy, and your explicit consent will be requested.

Children's Privacy

CycleFit is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal data through the app, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by displaying a notice within the app. Continued use of CycleFit after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
